Pack Meeting

There are different types of Pack Meetings:

  • Values based Pack Meetings
    Respect, Compassion, Courage, etc
  • Activity based Pack Meetings
Pinewood Derby, Space Derby, Rain Gutter Regatta, etc.
  • Theme based Pack Meetings
Circus, Down on the Farm, Community Heroes, etc. The Virtual Roundtable has lots of ideas for fun Pack Meetings as does and your Roundtable Staff

Determine your needs and review the examples then plan your Pack Meeting to meet the needs of your Cub Scouts. You can look through my list for ideas and select one or more to use for your Pack Meeting.

The Virtual Roundtable is also an impressive tool for planning multiple activities including Den Meetings, Pack Meetings, Outlings, and Family Packets for boys and families.

Cub Scout meetings are organized to keep the Cub Scouts engaged.

  1. Before the Meeting
  2. Gathering
  3. Opening
  4. Program
  5. Recognition
  6. Closing
  7. After the Meeting

The Cubmaster is responsible for organizing the Pack Meeting.
